Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services provided by Calixo.

1. Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are free. No refunds apply.

2. Strategy Sessions

2.1 Payment

Strategy Sessions are prepaid at the time of booking.

2.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations within this window may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

2.3 Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
• No refunds are issued for missed sessions.

3. Custom AI Solutions & Implementation

Custom AI solution projects are governed by a separate agreement and Statement of Work. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Fees paid for implementation work are non-refundable
• Payment milestones must be met as defined in the agreement

4. Ongoing Optimization

Ongoing Optimization engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work. Fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving emergencies or technical failure on Calixo's side, we may offer rescheduling or refunds at our discretion.

Client-side technical issues or scheduling conflicts are not eligible for refunds.
